BP Asennus is an industrial service company founded in 1996. We provide technical advisors, commissioning engineers and engineering capacity, as well as supervisors, foremen, certified welders and fitters, for energy, pulp & paper, process industry and data centre projects – supporting customers when a project is demanding, a schedule is tight or a stoppage needs extra expertise.

Technical advisors and commissioning engineers
Our technical advisors and commissioning engineers support equipment suppliers and end users in installation, commissioning and start-up of power and recovery boilers, industrial piping and process equipment. They have extensive experience of international sites in Europe, Asia and South America.
Engineering services
Through our sister company PT BP Asennus Services Asia, we provide engineering services with a strong background in HRSG and boiler engineering:
– Piping design and 3D modelling (PDMS/E3D)
– Steel structure design
– Pressure part detailing
– Pipe stress analysis
– Process and instrumentation engineering
Supervisors and foremen
Our experienced supervisors and foremen manage installation work, quality control and HSE on site. They are professionals with extensive experience of demanding international construction sites.
Welders
Our welders hold certificates issued by an approved certification body, covering the qualifications most commonly required for pressure equipment and process piping under the EU Pressure Equipment Directive. Additional certifications for specific methods and materials are acquired as each project requires.
